Stage Hypnosis Shows - Hysterical Fun! You can either SEE or BE the show.
Stage Hypnosis shows are rapidly becoming the most sought-after form of entertainment, primarily because audience members choose their level of participation.

Shows are always fresh. You can see the same program a dozen times and each performance will be unique, thanks to the volunteer participants. But, one thing always remains the same... hysterical, yet ethical fun!

Frequently Asked Questions about hypnosis.

Q: Can anyone be hypnotized?

A: Yes, with three exceptions - drunks, clinical imbeciles and someone who wants to "play games." Not everyone will be hypnotized during a stage show, only those who volunteer and choose to do so.

Q: Is hypnosis really "sleep?"

A: No. Hypnosis is a state of relaxation where the critical factor of the brain is bypassed and a person becomes "hypersuggestable." if it were "sleep" then the subjects would not be able to hear the voice of the hypnotist, which is very necessary for a hypnosis show.

Q: Can I be made to do anyhing that I don't want to do?

A: No. You cannot be made to do anything under hypnosis that is against your moral or ethical values.

Q: What "routines" do you do in a show?

A: This is an often asked question that is difficult to answer. The hypnotist must "read" the volunteers during the course of the show, and adjust the routines which will suit the situation, and get the best responses. You can be assured that all routines performed duing Chérie Kay's hypnosis shows are clean, yet hilarious, proving that an act doesn't have to be naught to be funny - and FUN.

During the show, volunteers wil experience phenomenon such as not being able to remember their own name, or a particular number; being very hot, then suddenly, very cold; laughing uncontrollably; thinking they are being pinched by the person next to them; losing their belly buttons; cheering for their favorite horse to win them millions; or convinced they are a famous celebrity singer. These are just a sample of the possibilities. Most important is that, not only are the volunteers entertaining the audience, they are having the times of their lives in a show they will remember forever.

Q: Why should I choose a hypnosis show over other types of entertainment?

A: Hypnosis shows are extremely popular because the audience volunteers become the stars of the show. You can either SEE or BE the show. It's a lot more fun watching someone you know experiencing such strong phenomena. For a show that really entertains them, and gets them talking - hire a hypnotist.
